Dunkin'
Brand & Store Experience Redesign
As a Senior Designer, I played a key role in the complete rebranding and redesign of Dunkin’—transforming both its visual identity and in-store experience. From the refreshed logo to updated interiors, I helped define the new look and feel of one of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Key Contributions:
- Store Experience: Managed and coordinated all interior design elements of Dunkin’ Donuts stores from concept to completion. Worked closely with franchise owners to bring each location to life—balancing brand consistency with regional preferences.
- Full Brand Redesign: Led design efforts on the complete visual overhaul, including logo development, environmental branding, and the creation of all new corporate design guidelines for implementation across global franchises.
- Print & Digital Assets: Created compelling web and print graphics used in client meetings, corporate marketing, and senior-level sales presentations. Materials were also featured in national competitions and internal communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with stakeholders in architecture, construction, and marketing to ensure cohesive rollout and maintain high design standards across all platforms.
- Digital Resource Hub: Designed and developed an internal online platform to support store development. This centralized resource housed brand templates, guidelines, and tools for faster, more efficient rollouts.
The Dunkin’ rebrand was more than a visual refresh—it was a transformation in how customers experienced the brand both in-store and online. My contributions helped shape that future-facing vision while honoring Dunkin’s legacy.
